Most of our sensory children really struggle with self regulation. As an OT, I often feel like regulation is a goal that comes up frequently in all contexts of the child’s life and at all ages.
Regulation is a constantly evolving and changing state of being, for all of us.
Regulation looks different for different people, and quite how one attains and maintains it is very individual too.
In this Masterclass on Interoception and Self Regulation, we consider the neuroscience of Interoception and the recent research into the links between interoception and self regulation.
Kerry will guide you in incorporating neurodiversity and sensory affirming interoception principles into your therapy sessions.
