Audit your clinic environment
Review sensory equipment, space design and resources against the SenseUp framework and identify what to prioritise and why.
A 6-Month Programme to Embed the SenseUp Approach Across Your Whole Clinic
Structured monthly support to help your team move from training into day-to-day clinical reality: real cases, real clinic systems, shared language and a framework your whole team can use consistently.
Designed for clinic teams who have already completed a SenseUp workshop or TSAC Lite together.
"The hardest part isn't learning a new approach. It's making it stick when you're back in clinic, with a full caseload, the same old equipment, and systems that were built for a different way of working."
Real change in a clinic happens in the weeks and months after training, when a team has structured support to apply new knowledge to real cases, audit and adapt the environment, and build systems that hold the approach in place.
SenseUp Team Supervision is a six-month monthly programme for clinic teams who have already completed SenseUp training together through a workshop or TSAC Lite.
Over six sessions, Kerry works alongside your team to translate the SenseUp Approach from training into day-to-day clinical reality.
Not another generic training day. The supervision is applied to your team's environment, clinical processes, current cases and systems.
Review sensory equipment, space design and resources against the SenseUp framework and identify what to prioritise and why.
Work through your current sensory assessment approaches and build clearer, more consistent processes across the whole team.
Bring real current cases and work through clinical reasoning using the SenseUp Approach with Kerry and your team.
Build a shared language and framework so the approach lives in your team culture, not only in individual practice.
You have already learned together and now want structured support to make the learning usable, consistent and sustainable across the clinic.
The programme is structured but responsive. Kerry adapts the focus to what your team actually needs.
Review your clinic environment, equipment and resources against the SenseUp framework and leave with a clear, prioritised action plan.
Work through current assessment approaches and begin building consistent, neuroscience-aligned protocols for the whole team.
Bring tricky cases and work through uncertain or complex presentations, building individual confidence and collective problem-solving.
Advanced content and supervision focused on the areas your team identifies as most challenging.
Integrate the SenseUp Approach into clinic systems, documentation and onboarding so the change can hold over time.
Review what has changed, identify what still needs attention and map out where your team goes from here.
Kerry leads each monthly session with a structured agenda that includes audit review, case discussion and direct Q&A.
Up to 3 practitioners. 1-hour monthly sessions, focused and efficient.
4+ practitioners. 90-minute monthly sessions with more time for case discussion and team questions.
Kerry Evetts is a paediatric OT with 27+ years of clinical experience and the founder of The SenseUp Approach™.
She has spent decades working inside clinics and understands what it takes to make a new approach land in the day-to-day reality of a team. Her supervision brings clinical rigour, practical problem-solving and direct support to the practitioners doing the work.
"When a whole clinic team understands the neuroscience, the families they serve feel it — every time."
Both options include all six monthly supervision sessions.
Yes. SenseUp Team Supervision is designed for teams who have completed training together through a workshop or TSAC Lite. That shared foundation means everyone starts from the same language and framework.
If a team member leaves or a new practitioner joins mid-programme, get in touch and the SenseUp team will work out what makes sense. The session tier is based on your team size at enrolment.
Yes. The programme runs on a rolling basis. Kerry's team will confirm the next available start date.
Ideally the whole team attends each session because that is where the alignment happens. Sessions are recorded so a team member can watch back a session they missed.
Express your interest. Kerry's team will confirm your team size, discuss start dates and get you set up.
Places are limited. If this feels like the right next step for your team, express your interest and the SenseUp team will be in touch about availability and start dates.
