Who delivers the training?
Kerry brings almost three decades of clinical practice into the room.
Kerry Evetts is a paediatric OT and the founder of The SenseUp Approachβ’, a trauma-informed, neuroscience-based framework for understanding sensory processing.
She is known for making complex neuroscience accessible without dumbing it down, and for adapting the learning to the clinicians in front of her rather than delivering a generic lecture.
When Kerry trains your team, she draws on clinical experience, responds to the questions in the room and keeps bringing the discussion back to what your practitioners can use in real sessions with real children.

Our team isn't made up of OTs. Is this still relevant?
Yes. SenseUp Team Training is designed for allied health, multidisciplinary and education teams working with children. Kerry adapts the examples and application to your discipline and clinical context.
How many people can attend?
The pricing in Kerry's programme notes is per day rather than per head, with no stated attendance cap. Whether your team is small or large, the day is structured around the group attending.
Can we customise what is covered?
Yes. The pre-training consultation is specifically designed to understand your team, population, presentations and clinical challenges so the day can be tailored accordingly.
What do we need to provide?
For on-site training, provide a space large enough for your team to participate comfortably. OT teams wanting equipment-based training can discuss requirements during the pre-training consultation. Online teams need a suitable video-conferencing platform.
Can we book more than one day?
Yes. Some teams choose a follow-up day 4β6 weeks later to consolidate the learning and work through cases that have emerged. Six-month Team Supervision packages are also available.
